Who are we?
Founded by Patrick Knight, a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 14 years of experience and a lifelong Cypress, TX resident, Knight and Day Recovery offers faith-based, personalized care that meets clients wherever they feel safest and most comfortable — whether that’s home, work, gym, or church.
We combine Christian values with professional outpatient care to help you regain independence, strength, and peace of mind. This company was born out of a calling: to serve the community with compassion, clinical excellence, and the belief that every person matters.
